Our dedicated, nurturing supervision is the cornerstone of your success!
At SSCF, qualified individuals can obtain supervision either through employment with us or as a supervisee at their own practice. During an onboarding process, the behavior technician will have an opportunity to receive ABA (theory and practical) training. Behavior technicians may choose to pursue their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) with ongoing supervision from our center.
RBT Supervision
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.
BCBA/BCaBA supervised fieldwork
At SSCF, you can obtain both restricted and unrestricted hours through individual and/or group supervision. Here, we take pride in providing intensive quality supervision and mentorship of future BCBA/BCaBAs. We provide individualized supervision curriculum developed for each mentee/supervisee to scaffold your professional skills and see you through your exam! Our goal is to create a positive learning environment for all members of our team and supervisees to grow as professionals at every level!
